We have successfully completed the challenging restoration of a Slop Tank at the ADNOC Ruwais Refinery site. The project addressed severe damage caused by a major gas flow incident. The tank roof had lifted and tilted significantly, making stabilization a priority. Our team conducted a comprehensive site survey to assess the damage and plan the restoration. Stabilizing the tank roof and surrounding area was the first critical step. Subsequently, we have proceeded with cleaning, scaffolding, and detailed inspections. Based on the integrity assessment, necessary repairs were identified and executed. This included repairing the tank shell, roof ladders, and internal components. Extensive testing ensured the repairs met all safety standards and brought the tank into operation. Despite the high safety risks, the project was completed on time and received immense appreciation from the Client.
