FOREMAN Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

• Overall knowledge of vehicles and equipment such as LMVs, air compressors, welding generators, diesel generators, trailers, cranes, and other hydraulic equipment, including complete repair, maintenance, and overhauling with electrical skills.
• Deep knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, including their functioning in vehicles and equipment.
• Assign daily tasks, provide hands-on guidance, and manage the performance of technicians.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Team to order required spare parts and manage inventory within the available budget.
• Strictly follow company policies and safety norms to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
• Able to work independently with strong self-management and professionalism.
• Able to complete assigned work within the required deadlines.
• Familiar with hand tools and power tools.
