Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil Engineering
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in estimation within the Oil and Gas sector, familiarity with EPC tenders is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and scope to determine accurate material, labour, and operational costs
- Prepare and submit competitive technical and commercial proposals for tenders
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from project drawings
- Issue enquiries, obtain vendor quotations, and conduct technical and commercial evaluations of offers
- Utilize Primavera (P6) or equivalent planning software to develop comprehensive project plans and S-Curves for inclusion in technical submissions
