Accounts Assistant (Calicut Office)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in Calicut.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key part in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of accounting operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
• Assist with payroll preparation and employee expense reimbursements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required.


Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
• More than 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role (fresh graduates with internships may also apply).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
