Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our repair shop, lead a team of technicians, and ensure the safety, reliability, and optimal performance of our vehicle fleet and machinery. This role balances hands-on technical expertise with strong team leadership to minimize equipment downtime and manage maintenance costs.

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

• workshop Supervision: Schedule, assign, and prioritize daily repair tasks for mechanics and technicians to maximize shop productivity.
• Preventive Maintenance: Design, implement, and track routine service schedules to prevent equipment failure across all sites
• Diagnostics & Quality Control: Perform advanced troubleshooting on complex mechanical or electrical issues and inspect completed work for quality.
• Inventory & Purchasing: Monitor spare parts inventory, order tools and supplies, and maintain relationships with parts vendors.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workshop safety protocols (OSHA/local regulations) and ensure all assets comply with transport safety standards.
• Documentation: Manage work orders, track maintenance costs, and update digital fleet management software logs.

🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a lead mechanic or workshop supervisor.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of diesel/gasoline engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostic software.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a team of technicians.
• Computer Skills: Familiarity with Odoo and basic MS Office (Excel, Word).
